Hello Guys, I am back this season. I could not continue blogging because of various reasons. Now I feel good and I am raring to go this season on a weekly basis.
We are in GW 5 as international break is over. Damn ! It’s boring. Let’s get straight into the discussion.
I have activated Wildcard this GW. My team had issues so I had to sort it out.
My Wildcard Team-
I considered following factors for positions while drafting this Wildcard team.
GK- As lot of big guns are hitting form so I did not consider any premium Goalkeeper option. Nick Pope needs no justification he goes straight in there.
DEF- First four game weeks has given us plenty of reasons to follow the template of VVD,Digne and TAA. One caveat is that it locks up your cash heavily in defense.
Though these guys may not get clean sheet every time but they do offer attacking potential every time they get forward and from set pieces too. So these are for longer run while Soyuncu is a cheap option but passes eye test every time he plays.
MID- Even before season started, I decided to have Mo Salah and Sterling in my team as their attacking exploits causes havoc if you don’t own them. This season also they have high ownership as well. KDB is a player in sublime form right now not only because of stats but the way he has been passing for some of those assists are simple out of this world. I wanted to have Heung Min Son as a differential choice but couldn’t fit him in. Who knows just before deadline my plan may change.
FWD- Why do we have only 100 mil budget ? I need Kun aguero as he had his rest during international break. Finally I have gone for mid price range. Barnes and Haller are really great picks looking at their fixtures and form right now. Barnes is in terrific form scoring 4 goals in 4 games. Yes I could not join Pukki Party.
Bench players are present just to accommodate starting XI only Dendoncker provides point potential.
I hope you guys liked my blog. I am thinking of writing 5 players to watch out for every Game week in separate blog post weekly. Please provide feedback to improve.
